Located next to camp, rents for $200/night. It sleeps 8, with 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the den. It has 2 1/2 baths, a sun room, and amazing raised deck with incredible sunsets and views of the Adirondacks. There is a propane grill, kayaks, sunfish, a shared private beach (cottage rental below), swimming, docks, fishing, row boat and deep water mooring.

The Blue Cottage on the Water

Rents for $200/night. It sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room, with 1 full bath. The incredible screened in deck, dock, deep water mooring, kayaks, sunfish, swimming, fishing and fabulous sunsets add up to a crazy wonderful stay on the shores of Lake Champlain!

This rental is available from April until June 12th, and then it opens up again from August 14th until the end of October 2020. You can find it on AirBnB under Incredible Sunsets/Cottage on Lake Champlain.

The Dunkley’s Gymnastics Lodge with 4 Sleeping Cabins

Featuring a dining room that seats 70, a commercial kitchen, bunk beds in all cabins, a private dock, beach, kayaks, sunfish, rowboat, swimming, sunfish, deep water mooring, rec room with pool, ping pong, foosball and air hockey.
